Who K. Hovnanian Is

K. Hovnanian Homes was founded over 65 years ago and is now run by the third generation of the Hovnanian family. They are known for their “Looks” approach to design. Instead of hundreds of upgrade choices that each add cost, KHov gives you a few designer-curated interior packages with clear, upfront pricing. The idea is a finished, coordinated home without hiring your own designer. KHov also has its own lender, K. Hovnanian American Mortgage, and right now advertises special rates and incentives on select quick move-in homes. One timing note: those incentive programs are tied to closing deadlines, so the calendar matters if a current offer fits your budget.

About New Hampstead

New Hampstead is one of the fastest-growing parts of southwest Savannah, with hundreds of acres set aside for parks, ponds, and trails, plus a planned Village Center for shopping and dining. It sits near I-16 and I-95, so the drive to Pooler, downtown Savannah, and the Savannah airport is quick. That mix of green space and easy access is a big part of why buyers are looking here.
