Additionally, some buyers shop by location, some shop by builder. This is the builder-side of the new construction hub — a directory of who’s actively building in Coastal Georgia (U.S. Census new residential statistics), organized by builder rather than by county (see National Association of Home Builders). Each builder page is a cross-cut: it pulls together every active community for that builder across all four counties I cover (West Chatham, Effingham, Bryan, Bulloch).
