As of June 2026, Landmark 24 has 10 communities across West Chatham — Savannah, Pooler, Port Wentworth, and Bloomingdale. Who Landmark 24 Is

Landmark 24 Homes and Realty is a Savannah-based builder headquartered at 6605 Abercorn Street, building new homes across coastal Georgia and into South Carolina. They run three product series across these communities:

  • Traditions — the core single-family line: open-concept plans and flexible layouts, the bread-and-butter of most communities.
  • Family Plus — larger plans built for multi-generational living and bigger households, with flex space and extra bedrooms or baths.
  • Landmark 24 Signature — the premium tier, with elevated finishes and the builder’s higher-end coastal designs (think The Bluff at Moon River).

Landmark 24 also runs an in-house design center and its own mortgage arm (Landmark 24 Mortgage), and currently advertises promotional rates on select quick-move-in homes. One timing note: their incentive programs are tied to contracts signed by 6/30/2026, so the calendar matters if a current offer fits your budget.
