Lennar is one of the largest homebuilders in the country. In Coastal Georgia, Lennar builds in West Chatham (Bloomingdale and Pooler) and in Bulloch County (Statesboro). As of June 2026, Lennar is active at Edgewater at New Hampstead in Bloomingdale and at Savannah Quarters in Pooler, plus The Farm at Morgan Lakes in Pooler. Who Lennar Is

Lennar is a national builder best known for its “Everything’s Included” approach. Instead of charging extra for the most popular upgrades, Lennar puts features like stainless steel appliances, quartz or granite countertops, and smart-home technology into the base price. That means the sticker price is closer to the real move-in price, with fewer surprises at the design center. Lennar also has its own lender and title company, and often runs rate and closing-cost offers on quick move-in homes. As with most national builders, the best advertised pricing is usually tied to using that in-house lender.

West Chatham: Lennar Communities

Here is the active Lennar lineup as of June 2026. New construction pricing and incentives move quickly, so confirm current numbers before you tour.

  • Edgewater at New Hampstead (Bloomingdale, ZIP 31302). Now Selling. Three home collections: the American Dream Series 30s from about $286,829 (1,247 to 2,358 sq ft), the American Dream Series 40s from about $307,331 (1,520 to 2,358 sq ft), and the Carolina Collection from about $309,509 (1,430 to 2,407 sq ft). 3 to 5 beds, 2 to 3 baths.
  • Savannah Quarters (Pooler, ZIP 31322). Now Selling inside the gated Savannah Quarters golf masterplan. The Arbor Collection 50s and 60s start from about $379,000. 3 to 5 beds, 2 to 3 baths, 1,749 to 2,650 sq ft. Amenities include a large clubhouse, pool, tennis, fitness center, and a golf course.

Bulloch County: Lennar Communities

  • Summertown (Statesboro, ZIP 30458). Now Selling. Single-family homes from the high $200s. 3 to 4 beds, from about 1,600 sq ft, with the Aspen and Whitman plans. Future pickleball courts and picnic areas, just minutes from Georgia Southern University.

About These Areas

New Hampstead is a large master-planned community in southwest Savannah and Bloomingdale, with parks, ponds, and trails, and several builders active inside it. Savannah Quarters is a gated golf community in Pooler right off I-16 and Pooler Parkway, close to shopping, dining, and the Savannah airport. Both sit on the fast-growing west side of Chatham County.
