Ryan Homes is one of the largest homebuilders in the country and part of NVR, Inc. They have built homes since 1948, and they are newer to the Savannah and Lowcountry market. In Coastal Georgia, Ryan Homes builds at Beacon Point at New Hampstead, in Bloomingdale in southwest Savannah (West Chatham County). As of June 2026, this is Ryan’s one active community inside the four counties I cover. Their other nearby communities are just across the state line in Hardeeville, South Carolina. This page is the cross-cut: the active Ryan Homes community in the area, with status and starting prices.

Who Ryan Homes Is

Ryan Homes is part of NVR, Inc., one of the biggest homebuilders in the United States, with more than 75 years of building behind them. Their focus is value: well-equipped homes at an affordable price. Most Ryan homes come with included features like stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, smart-home and energy-saving technology, and a comprehensive new-home warranty. Ryan also has its own lender, NVR Mortgage, and often advertises special rates on quick move-in homes. As with most national builders, the best advertised pricing is usually tied to using that in-house lender.

West Chatham: Ryan Homes Community

Beacon Point sits inside New Hampstead in Bloomingdale (ZIP 31302). Here is what is selling as of June 2026:

  • Beacon Point at New Hampstead (Bloomingdale, southwest Savannah). Now Selling. From the low $300s, with base plans starting around $314,990. Single-story, one-level living single-family homes, 3 to 4 beds, 2 baths, 2-car garage, roughly 1,338 to 1,696 sq ft. Amenities include a community pool, fitness center, and shaded outdoor porch areas. Model home at 101 Brecks Retreat. Quick move-in homes available.

The big draw at Beacon Point is one-level living. Every plan is single-story with wider doorways and step-free design, which makes it a strong fit for downsizers, first-time buyers, and anyone who wants to skip the stairs.

About New Hampstead

New Hampstead is a large master-planned community in southwest Savannah with over 800 acres set aside for conservation, plus ponds, parks, and a growing network of trails for walking, biking, and golf carts. It sits near I-16 and I-95, so Pooler, downtown Savannah, the airport, and major employers like Gulfstream, Fort Stewart, and the Hyundai Metaplant are all an easy drive. The emphasis on green space and an active, connected lifestyle is a big reason buyers are looking here.

How I Help Ryan Homes Buyers

What I bring to a Ryan Homes buyer: contract review before you sign, lot premium analysis, comp data against nearby resale homes, walkthroughs at framing and pre-drywall, a closing-day deficiency list, and warranty help on your month-6 and month-11 items. If a promotional rate or quick-move-in incentive is on the table, I will help you read the fine print before the deadline.

One thing worth knowing: builders like Ryan tie their best pricing to using their in-house lender. Having me represent you costs you nothing (the builder pays the co-op commission either way) and puts someone on your side of the table.
